As a Location Sales Manager at Centennial Homes, you’ll be the on-site leader driving home sales, building relationships with buyers, and representing our brand at the community level. You’ll combine sales expertise, product knowledge, and customer-focused service to hit targets and create outstanding homebuying experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day sales operations for a single community: manage the sales center, models, and on-site team.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and closing targets.
- Coach, recruit, and develop sales consultants; set performance expectations and provide ongoing training.
- Deliver exceptional buyer interactions from first contact through closing and handover.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute local lead-generation, events, and walk-throughs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, CRM updates, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with construction, design, and customer care to ensure timely deliveries and superior homeowner experience.
- Enforce pricing, inventory controls, and sales policies; manage incentives and promotions.
- Capture market intelligence and competitor activity to refine sales approach.
Qualifications
- 3+ years homebuilding or residential sales experience; prior management or team-lead experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving conversion.
- Strong customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work weekends and attend community events as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
