Setup Tech/Laborer
Join a hardworking Setup Technician / Laborer crew and play a key role in the delivery, setup, and finishing of manufactured and modular homes at customer sites. In this hands-on position, you’ll work alongside skilled Service Team Members, Trim Carpenters, and Delivery & Setup Drivers (CDL Drivers) to help transform houses into homes. Warranty/Tape and Texture Trim Carpenter

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Service Team Members and Setup Technicians to ensure every manufactured and modular home is finished to the highest standard before being turned over to the customer. - 3–5 years of experience in tape and texturing drywall
- Strong background in construction or related trades

In this role, you’ll be responsible for transporting and installing manufactured and modular homes at customer job sites—making sure each delivery is handled with care, safety, and precision. You’ll work closely with our Setup Technicians, Service Team Members, and Trim Carpenters to ensure every home is completed to the highest standards. - Assisting with siding, roofing, and skirting installation
- Supporting utility hookups (electric, sewer, and water)
- Working closely with your team to ensure homes are professionally and safely set up
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Day shift
- Work location is on the road (traveling with the crew)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
