Setup Tech/Laborer

Job Opportunity – Setup Tech / Laborer
Location: Centennial Homes – Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $19 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

Join a hardworking crew and play a key role in setting up manufactured and modular homes at customer sites. In this hands-on position, you’ll help transform houses into homes by:

  • Assisting with siding, roofing, and skirting installation
  • Supporting utility hookups (electric, sewer, and water)
  • Working closely with your team to ensure homes are professionally and safely set up

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Day shift
  • Work location is on the road (traveling with the crew)

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Experience in manufactured/modular housing is a plus—but not required if you have a background in construction, roofing, plumbing, or related trades

Job Opportunity – Warranty / Tape & Texture Trim Carpenter
Location: Centennial Homes
Pay: $20 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round

Centennial Homes is seeking a skilled Warranty / Tape & Texture Trim Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure that each manufactured or modular home is finished to the highest standard before being turned over to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the final finish, inspection, and walk-through with the customer
  • Handle all warranty work on homes after delivery
  • Perform expert tape and texturing of drywall
  • Travel with the crew as needed (2–4 nights per week)

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in tape and texturing drywall
  • Strong background in construction or related trades
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel for short overnight stays
  • Experience in manufactured/modular housing is a plus (but not required with the right skills)

Centennial Homes is looking for a professional Delivery & Setup Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for transporting and installing manufactured and modular homes at customer job sites, ensuring each delivery is handled with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver manufactured and modular homes to customer sites
  • Assist with on-site installation and setup
  • Travel with the crew (2–4 nights per week)

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel for overnight stays
