At Centennial Homes, we don’t just sell factory-built homes — we deliver your home solution. Since 1969, our mission has been clear: help individuals and families achieve the true meaning of home ownership, even when site-built just isn’t the smart move.
Here’s what sets us apart:
- Wide selection — Hundreds of floor plans available, plus the option to bring in your own design.
- Multiple locations — With retail centers in Billings (MT), Aberdeen & Sioux Falls & Rapid City (SD), and Bismarck, Dickinson, Williston (ND) we’ve got the Upper-Midwest covered.
- Full service from start to finish — Our trained staff don’t just help you buy a home; they help you pick features, organize delivery, assist with financing, and handle warranties. No vague “we’ll call you later” nonsense.
- Choice of home types — From single-section manufactured homes to multi-section manufactured homes, to modular homes (built to site-built codes) — we’ve got you covered.
Bottom line: If you want a home that looks good, fits your budget, and doesn’t force you to compromise on quality or service — Centennial Homes is your partner.
Manufactured vs Modular: Know the Difference
You’ll hear the terms thrown around like they’re the same thing. They’re not. Here’s a clear breakdown (because we assume you want smart decisions, not fluff).
Modular homes
- Built in factory sections, transported to your site, and assembled on a permanent foundation (crawl space or basement).
- Built to the same local/state building codes as site-built homes.
- Benefits: high quality control, less weather delays, often lower cost than traditional builds.
Manufactured homes
- Built in a factory under the federal HUD code, transported (all or in sections) and installed on your site (can be on chassis, piers, crawlspace depending).
- Usually lower cost, faster delivery, great value when budget is a priority.
Which is right for you?
If you’re looking for something that closely matches site-built in quality and will sit on a foundation like any other home, modular is your move. If you want affordability, speed, and flexibility without sacrificing having your own place — manufactured might be the smarter play.
Our team will walk you through YOUR best fit.

FAQs – You Have Questions. We Have Answers.
Why don’t you list prices on all homes?
Because every home gets customized, shipping and installation costs vary by location and model. Listing a generic price would mislead or disappoint.
What’s the difference between used/display homes vs new?
We have both new and used homes available (and discounted display models). If budget is tight, used/display may fit your needs.
Can I bring my own design or floor plan?
Yes — we welcome it. We have hundreds of plans to start from, but if you’ve found something you love (or want bespoke), we’ll make it work.
What about after-sales service?
We think who you buy from is just as important as what you buy. That’s why we have a full professional service team ready for delivery, setup, and warranty work.
Ready to Get Started?
Don’t wait. Whether you’re replacing a rental, downsizing, or stepping into home ownership for the first time — we’ve got your back.

Sales Manager
I’ve worked in sales for a long time, and what stands out about Centennial Homes is how solid the company is. There’s a real emphasis on letting employees earn what they’re worth. If you put in the effort, the opportunity is there.
This is a place where hard work matters, but so does learning the company culture. When you understand how Centennial Homes operates and why we do things the way we do, everything clicks.
There’s a bright future here for people who are willing to learn, stay committed, and take pride in what they do. That’s why I’m here, and that’s why I believe in this company.
Service
I’ve worked in service and delivery for a long time, and I can tell you this—Centennial Homes takes that side of the business seriously.
What I appreciate most is that the work matters. When we deliver and set a home, we’re not just checking a box—we’re helping someone take a big step in their life. The company understands that, and they give us the tools, training, and support to do the job right.
Centennial Homes values experience. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in your work, you’re respected here. There’s stability, there’s opportunity to grow, and there’s a real sense of being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
That’s why I’ve stayed, and why I see a future here.
Sales Secretary
My role as a sales secretary is really about helping people—both our customers and our team.
For customers, I’m often one of the first people they talk to, so it’s important that they feel heard and supported from the very beginning. I help answer questions, keep things organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as they move through the process.
Behind the scenes, I support our sales and service staff by keeping communication flowing and making sure everyone has what they need to do their job well. When things run smoothly, it helps the entire team—and ultimately, it creates a better experience for the customer.
What I like about Centennial Homes is that this role is valued. The work matters, and you can see the impact every day.
